(11 October 2018) The Italian Embassy in Sarajevo has announced that the 18th edition of the Italian Language Week will be held from 12 to 21 October. The exhibition, part of the 6th Season of Italian Culture in Bosnia and Herzegovina, will be divided into several initiatives in many cities of the country, where the Italian language will be the protagonist in its musical, poetic, literary and comic dimensions, and with the historical, cultural, and popular proximity between Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina as a common denominator. The first event will be the inauguration, on October 12th at 19:00, of the I Banja Luka International Balloon Show, in which Italy participates with an exhibition on Alan Ford, the most popular Italian comic book artist in the whole of the former Yugoslavia. The exhibition will be open to the Kamena Kuća until October 14th and is organised in collaboration with the Nona Dimensione Association (Deveta Dimenzija).
