Córdoba – The enduring bond between Genoese song and South America will be celebrated in a unique concert in Córdoba, at the heart of Argentina. Pianist Elena Buttiero and singer, narrator, and guitarist Ferdinando Molteni will take the stage with “Gente de mar, poetas de tierra. Un recorrido por los cantautores de la scuola genovese” on August 23 at 8 p.m., at Teatro Comedia (Calle Rivadavia 254). The concert is organized by the Italian Cultural Institute of Córdoba and Teatro Comedia. The performance is inspired by Molteni’s latest book, co-authored with Alfonso Amodio, Facce di marinai. L’avventura mediterranea di Fabrizio De André e Mauro Pagani (Arcana, 2024).
