(4 June 2018) A tribute to Italian opera under the direction of Maestro Sipari, énfant prodige of opera music in Italy on June 6th, in Colombo. In the evocative Nelum Pokuna theatre, Maestro Sipari, the "first instruments" of the "International Midsummer Festival" and the soprano Silvana Froli, will perform sharing the stage with the "National Unity Orchestra of Sri Lanka", accompanied by famous local artists "The De Lanerolle Brothers". The concert is one of the events scheduled by the Italian Embassy for the Italian Week in Sri Lanka until June 8th in Colombo, coinciding with the celebrations for the Italian Republic Day.
