(6 June 2018) On the occasion of the Music Festival (Festa della Musica), the Italian Institute of Culture in Oslo organised an evening dedicated to piano music. On June 21st at 18:30 at the IIC, Alberto Dalgo will perform in a piano concert. Alberto Dalgo attended the three-year specialization course at the International Academy of Imola, Maestro Leonid Margarius's class - a pupil of Regina Horowitz. He graduated in piano with honours and special mention at the Institute of Musical Studies of Pavia under the guidance of Maestro Andrea Turini, with whom he also obtained a second level degree with honours. He won the first prize and the CMF Grand Prix at the Concours Musical International de France in 2016. In addition, he obtained, among others, the first prize at the Imka International Piano Competition, the International Bellagio Competition, the Acerbi International Music Competition, the second prize at the Bradshaw & Buono Piano Competition and was a finalist in the Franz Schubert international competition.
