(13 June 2018) On Wednesday, June 27th at 14:15 at the Hochschule für Musik Theatre und Medien in Hannover, there will be a lecture by Professor Ada Gentile - a composer from Ascoli Piceno - titled "The musical language of Ada Gentile in contemporary Italian music". Ada Gentile was born in Avezzano in 1947. She graduated in 1972 in piano from the Conservatory of S. Pietro a Majella in Naples. In 1974, she studied composition under the guidance of Irma Ravinale, at the Conservatory of S.Cecilia. She also attended the composition improvement course with Goffredo Petrassi at the Accademia di S.Cecilia. She is established in various international composing competitions. (9Colonne)
