Exports from Lombardy to Morocco have exceeded €102 million out of 477 at the national level - €34 million each month - equal to 21% in the first three months of 2018 according to the Milan, Mona, Brianza, and Lodi Chamber of Commerce based on ISTAT data for 2018 and 2017. They are 34 million euros a month. A stable figure in a year and that sees Milan with €38 million as the export territory of choice, followed by Bergamo with €13 million, Brescia with €12 million, and Monza Brianza with €8 million. Lombardy has mainly exported machinery (€19 million) and fashion (€15 million) but also around €4 million euros in organic food products - an increase of 47% between 2017 and 2018. Lombardy's organic food exports come mainly from Milan (€1.8 million, + 160%), but Cremona (+ 412%) and Monza Brianza (+ 250%) have especially grown this past year. Baked goods are the most exported goods (€1.5 million). (9Colonne)
