A medieval music concert lesson with the Enxemble vocal group will be held on Friday, August 24th at 16:00, at the Italian Institute of Culture in Oslo, during which guests will be guided on a musical journey. The Enxemble vocal ensemble was founded in 2016 with the aim of rediscovering and reviving the vocal music of the period between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, with particular attention to the Italian repertoire. The ten members of the group come from different solo experiences and choral education in the Tuscan area (Cantus Anthimi, Coro Vincenzo Galilei of the Scuola Normale Superiore, Schola Cantorum Labronica, Coro Giovanile Toscano) and share the same passion for a cappella singing as a form of freedom. In fact, what distinguishes Enxemble is the strong interpretative imprint given to the pieces, aimed at making the adhesion of music to words always priority.
