As part of the 18th edition of the Italian Language Week in the world, October 15-21, the Italian Cultural Institute of Belgrade and the Department of Italian Studies of the Faculty of Philology of the University of Belgrade present the conference held by Prof. Lorenzo Coveri, Professor of Italian Linguistics at the University of Genoa and Crusca Academy. His research interests focus mainly on dialectology, on the sociolinguistics of contemporary Italian, with particular attention to youth communication and the language of mass media, Italian language teaching as a first and second language. Prof. Coveri will give a talk on the 18th Week of Italian in the world "Italian and the web, networks for Italian" on Wednesday, October 17 at 11.30 at the Department of Italian Studies of the University of Belgrade.
