(10 January 2018) On Sunday 13th January the Tylumen Philharmonic (Russia) will host conductor Fabio Mastrangelo. Mastrangelo can be considered the most famous Italian in the musical circles of modern Russia. Born in a family of art lovers of Russia, he graduated from the Conservatory of Niccolò Piccini in Bari. He then trained at the Conservatory of Geneva and the Royal Academy of Music in London, finding success as a pianist, until he decided to devote himself to his vocation of becoming a conductor. In the city of Tyumen, in western Siberia, his performance will complete the series of Christmas concerts. The symphony orchestra under his direction will perform Strauss's works.
