(11 January 2018) The conference "Luca Giordano in Spain 1692-1702" by Prof. Nicola Spinosa will be held on 15 January at the National Museum of Ancient Art in Lisbon. The event was organised by the Italian Institute of Culture of Lisbon on the occasion of the exhibition of the work "La resa dell’elettore di Sassonia a Carlo V" (The surrender of the elector of Saxony to Charles V) by Luca Giordano (Naples, 18 October 1634 - Naples, 12 January 1705) , made available by the Embassy of Spain in Portugal and exhibited at the National Museum of Ancient Art in Lisbon.
