(10 April 2019) The concert of seven Montecatini Opera Festival artists took place in recent days at Villa Berg in Moscow, home of the Italian Embassy, which proposed interpretations of famous pieces by Russian and Italian composers such as Rachmaninov, Chaikovsky, Verdi, Puccini, and others. The musicians were selected by the MOA - International OPERA Academy -, an annual event organised by the cultural association "Il Parnaso" with the collaboration of the municipality of Montecatini Terme. The MOA is part of the wider Montecatini Opera Festival, which was held for the first time in 1999, acquiring more and more importance over the last few years through numerous musical events around the world.  "A unique exhibition that also aims to stimulate young musicians of today who already possess a solid technical background and wish to establish themselves internationally", said Ambassador Terracciano at the event opening followed by Knight Maria Giulia Grazzini, Artistic Director of the Montecatini Opera Festival's intervention.
