The Italian Embassy in Tbilisi announced in a statement that a meeting took place between the Italian Ambassador, Massimiliano D'Antuono, and Maka Botchorishvili, Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs. In addition to bilateral relations, the discussion covered the importance of cooperation in international formats, the latest domestic developments, as well as regional and global challenges. Particular attention was also given to Georgia-EU relations, future prospects, and the importance of cooperation with EU member states.
