From Monday to Friday, BigItalyFocus provides an information overview, ranged from development aid to made in Italy
Thursday, February 28 at 19:00 the Italian Cultural Institute of Belgrade and the Slow Food Convivium Dorcol will hold a conference on Italian gastronomy and the culture of nutrition for the students of the IIC. The focus will be on sustainable tourism, the role of gastronomy in everyday life and in art (cinematography, music, fashion) as well as museums dedicated to food. Particular attention will be paid to the Mediterranean Diet on the UNESCO List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. There will be refreshments after the conference.
