On April 24th at the House of Literature in Oslo Claudio Magris will be in conversation with the writer and literature professor Tore Rem. The focus of the meeting will be on European identity, responsibility, and conditions of peace. The event was organised in collaboration with the Italian Cultural Institute of Oslo. His latest work, "Non luogo a procedere", now translated into Norwegian by Tommy Watz, is set in Trieste, a border area that was occupied during the war.
