"Italia Dimensione 2000", the 10th edition kicks off

(Sept. 10) - From 14 to 16 September, Luxexpo will host the 10th edition of "Italia Dimensione 2000", the biennial exhibition organized by the Luxembourg –Italian Chamber of Commerce under the patronage of the Italian Embassy in Luxembourg and fully dedicated to excellence Made in Italy. The exhibition will be officially opened on September 14 at 16.15, in the presence of Françoise Hetto-Gaasch, Tourism Minister from Luxembourg, Mars Di Bartolomeo, Luxembourg's Minister of Health, HE Raffaele de Lutio, Italian Ambassador to Luxembourg, Pierre Gramegna, Director general of the Chambre de Commerce du Grand-Duché de Luxembourg, Giorgio Mencaroni, President of Unioncamere Umbria, and Fabio Morvilli, President of the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. The guest of honor of the 2012 edition will be, in fact, the region of Umbria, represented by Unioncamere Umbria - as stated on Assocamerestero website -, that will promote tourism and wine & food thanks to the presence of local businesses and consortia. GIOVANNI RANA, GUEST STAR OF "ITALIA DIMENSIONE 2000"
This year the exhibition ""Italia Dimensione 2000" will provide a full calendar of events. In particular, on September 14 the event will be attended by Giovanni Rana, undisputed leader in the European market of fresh pasta, who has also officially opened his new restaurant in the Luxembourg. The Italo-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce will also represent the “Marchio Ospitalità Italiana-Ristoranti italiani nel mondo” (Italian Hospitality - Italian restaurants in the world) to enhance the Italian gastronomic culture and the image of Italian restaurants abroad. The stand will serve as information desk for all the Italian restaurants in Luxembourg who wish to apply for the prestigious "seal of quality".
