The very best of the Italian interior design sector flies to Russia

Oct. 10 – Starting today, until October 13, the 8th edition of the “I Saloni World Wide Moscow” debuts under the motto: “the very best of the project.” The Fair is of international relevance when it comes to the interior design and furnishing sector. The distinguishing quality is the innate research for top quality, wide range of offers. The exhibition, which was widely acknowledged as a success in its last year’s edition, will bring to London the vibrant new trends of the Milanese Salons. At Pavilion 2 of the Moscow Crocus Expo, over 515 exposers will present their Italian, Spanish, French and German products – an increase of 36% in participating numbers, with a consequent increase in space occupied. The 2011 concluded with over 36.152 participants (a 15% increase compared to 2010) from Russia and the FSU. These markets reserve a great potential for Italian businesses operating in the furnishing and home department.

A FOCUS ON EDITION N. 8
The 8th Edition of World Wide Moscow offers an unseen offer variety, including lighting, kitchenware, office supplies, bathroom accessories, textile, and so on. Two are the main events of the expo: the Salon Satellite World Wide Moscow, which hosts young Russian talents; and Master Classes, three interior design encounters that will bring together the most innovative Italian architects, Flavio Albanese, Rodolfo Dordoni, Roberto Peregalli and Laura Sartori Rimini (from the Studio Peregalli), and Olga Kosyreva, journalist and design critic. Together, they will comment the evolution of design in the past decade, and specifically contract and residential design.
