The Mediterranean Export Innovation Hub (MEIH) has been established as a key reference point for companies seeking to expand their presence on an international scale. Through targeted strategies, specialized training, and a well-established network of contacts, MEIH provides concrete tools to support businesses in their growth beyond national borders.
The initiative is led by Alessandro Crocco, an Italian-American entrepreneur with extensive experience in export and internationalization processes. Operating between New York and Italy, he has developed in-depth knowledge of foreign markets and strategies for SME growth, with the aim of fostering effective connections between Italian excellence and the global market.
MEIH stems from this vision, positioning itself as a catalyst for business expansion, transforming local production strengths into a tangible growth driver. This project holds strategic importance, particularly for Southern Italy and Calabria, a region rich in cultural and economic potential that requires the right tools to establish itself in international markets. The association aims to enhance the competitiveness of local businesses, promoting their integration into global trade.
To mark the official launch of its activities, MEIH will sign its first memorandum of understanding with CONFAPI Calabria on February 24 at 10:30 AM at Villa Rendano in Cosenza. This agreement represents the first step in a journey aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of local businesses by fostering synergies between innovation, training, and access to foreign markets.
