As part of the "Cinema Under the Stars" program, and in connection with the film “Berlinguer – La grande ambizione”, the Italian Cultural Institute of Algiers is organizing a screening of the film “The Moro Affair” (1986) at its headquarters. The screening will take place on Wednesday, July 23 at 8:15 PM. Directed by Giuseppe Ferrara, the film stars an extraordinary Gian Maria Volonté and reconstructs the 55 days of Aldo Moro’s kidnapping by the Red Brigades—from the Via Fani massacre to the discovery of Moro’s body. The film follows the emotional journey of the statesman without indulging in conspiracy theories.
