"Beyond the Glass Ceiling: Women’s Leadership, Equal Pay and Social Responsibility" is the title of the webinar organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Spain, taking place today, 29 July, from 12 to 1 pm. The session will centre on a pressing and relevant debate and will feature three distinguished professionals sharing their insights on these critical issues: Natalia Martínez Carrasco, Director of Women’s Leadership Projects at CEOE Campus, who will explain the concept of the "fading pyramid" and outline the strategies being implemented through the Promociona Itinerary programme to promote female leadership.Mónica Suárez Florido, Director of the Business Club and Equality at the Woman Forward Foundation, who will analyse the evolution of the gender pay gap and share guidelines on how companies can ensure fair processes for promotion and remuneration. Rocío Villa González, Head of Entrepreneurship and Public Procurement at ASATA, who will discuss responsibility and the social economy from a gender perspective, highlighting ASATA’s role in supporting businesses and explaining how cooperatives and worker-owned enterprises contribute to building a fairer and more sustainable economic system.
