Last Friday, November 23rd, at the Salone delle Feste of the Italian Embassy in Berlin, the awards ceremony for the first edition of the "Bravo Bravissimo!" School competition was held, dedicated to Italian students attending schools in Germany. In addition to the winners and their families, the Italian Ambassador to Germany, Luigi Mattiolo was also present. He congratulated the young winners, reminding them that they represent the future of the Italian community in Germany and underlined how their example constitutes a model all Italian children attending the German school can aspire to. Also present at the ceremony were the Senator of the Republic Raffaele Fantetti, the Heads of the consular offices in Germany, who presented the prizes to the winners as well as the presidents of all the German Comites and numerous CGIE Councilors elected in Germany. The event was moderated by the famous Italian actress Elettra De Salvo and saw the participation of the young Italian-German choir "I Birichini", directed by Rachelina Giordano.
