The Italian Cultural Institute of Buenos Aires celebrates the closure of the annual activities with the final concert of the Vivacissimo Classica 2018. The Maurice Quartet will be performing on December 12th at 19:00 at the IIC with an Italian programme ranging from compositions of Giuliano Bracci - in which archaic elements and new sounds alternate in a refined soundscape - to the Quartet n. 4 by Giacinto Scelsi of 1964, whose very intimate sounds are linked to the world of contemporary music. To complete the programme, two transcripts by Stefano Scodanibbio: Besame Mucho and Sandunga, from the Mexican songbook.
