AAHAR is one of the most renowned events in Asia in the Food & Hospitality sector. This is stated on the ICE website. It is a leading B2B event organized by the India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO), the main commercial promotion body of the Indian government. The Fair has grown significantly in recent years and is now recognized as the largest event in the sector in India. The last edition of the AAHAR Fair, held in 2023, covered an area of 91,000 square meters, with the presence of over 1,600 exhibitors including Indians and foreigners (from Chile, Canada, Brazil, Italy, Peru, Taiwan, Russia, USA, and UK) and nearly 100,000 local and international visitors.
