Hanoi - Vietnam is also ready to celebrate Italian Cuisine Week. The Italian Embassy presents a series of events organized in Hanoi by ICE and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, including workshops, tastings, art exhibitions, and food festivals. The event kicks off on November 15 with "Taste of Italy 2024", a fair dedicated to Italian food and wine products, organized by ICE Agency in collaboration with the MM Megamarket distribution chain, which will host the event. On November 19, "Authentic Italian Food", a promotional event organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, will focus on the cheese products of the Pecorino Toscano Consortium. "The Cold Chain: From Italy to Vietnam" is the title of the workshop on cold chain technologies and their development potential in Vietnam, organized in collaboration with the Italian Association of Cold Chain Technicians and the Vietnam Society of Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers. This will take place at Casa Italia on November 20 at 3:00 PM. On November 23 and 24, Casa Italia will host a food festival promoting street food, "From Arancina to Bun Cha: A Journey Between Italy and Vietnam". A truffle exhibition, "Scent of Italy: The Truffle", will be set up from November 26 to December 8. Wine will take center stage in "Casa Italia Wine Festival 2024", a tasting festival organized by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, which will take place on November 30. Finally, on December 5, a policy dialogue on the development of organic farming in Vietnam will be held, organized in collaboration with the FAO mission in Vietnam, titled "Enhancing Organic Agriculture and Agroecology in Vietnam".
