The Italy-America Chamber of Commerce in New York, in collaboration with the international trade law firm GDLSK – Grunfeld, Desiderio, Lebowitz, Silverman & Klestadt, is hosting a free webinar titled “Truth or Dare: Trump’s Tariffs – Fact or Fake News?”

The event will provide an in-depth, well-documented analysis of the history and evolution of U.S. customs tariffs, including past measures and those currently proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump, along with the initial international responses.

Frank Desiderio, founding partner of GDLSK and tariff and trade advisor to the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, along with Arthur Bodek, partner at GDLSK, will explain the tariff implementation process and outline strategies such as reclassification and country-of-origin management to help businesses minimize the impact of these changes.
