Lyon – On the occasion of the 2nd Italian Sports Day Worldwide, the Italian Cultural Institute in Lyon will host, on Friday, September 5 at 7 p.m., a screening of the film A muso duro – Campioni di vita directed by Marco Pontecorvo, starring Luca Angeletti, Matteo Bianchi, Francesco Gheghi, and Flavio Insinna. The movie tells the extraordinary story of Antonio Maglio, physician and INAIL director, who since the 1950s dedicated his life to the rehabilitation of people with disabilities through sport. A visionary and pioneer, Maglio created a state-of-the-art center that helped patients regain dignity, strength, and motivation, paving the way for the very first Paralympic Games in 1960. The screening will take place at the Italian Cultural Institute (Institut Culturel Italien, RDC – LOFT), 18 rue François Dauphin, 69002 Lyon.
