Algiers - The Italian Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Graziano Delrio, attended the opening ceremony for the 13th edition of the International Exhibition of Public Works. There, he met the Minister of Public Works, Abdelkader Ouali, the Minister of Transport Boudjema Telai and Water Resources Minister Abdelouahab Nouri. Delrio's visit follows a meeting in Rome, held in recent months, between the Algerian government and Prime Minister Matteo Renzi. Italy is guest of honor at the show, and can boast the participation of 42 exhibitors as well as others represented by Algerian companies, in the fields of construction, transportation and water. Minister Delrio visited the International exhibition with Ministers Ouali, Telai and Nouri and especially the Italian pavilion. "Our friendship with the Republic of Algeria is as strong as it has always been - said Minister Delrio at today's press conference with Minister Ouali - We believe that strengthening Algeria is central to the stabilization of the African and Mediterranean regions, for peace, growth, tolerance and culture.
